A UK resident, Dave England, has started a Facebook petition and website in an effort to spur makers of the the popular Half Life Engine on which Counter Strike was originally modded, Valve into making a sequel to the extremely widely played but slowly dwindling game Counter Strike.
If you have ever seen a computer you probably know what Counter Strike is, I think it is safe to say that I speak for a large portion of players worldwide when I say that this title is worth “saving”.

I suppose it would just die.. but honestly I think its better to try and fail than lose something which has been excellent for half a decade.
I don’t know, what if they ruin it? Why shouldn’t old beauties be allowed to fade into obscurity and nostalgia? CS was great, CSS managed to be just as good, but another one? Um… valve do seem to be able to turn whatever they touch into pure joy – maybe it would work. But what if it was terrible?
