Crysis 2 (PC Xbox PS3)
Get ready to break the piggy bank for this one, Crysis is two years old now but still widely considered the benchmark for PC gaming performance, Crysis 2 running on the new CryEngine 3 is likely to insult your PC and bring tears to your eyes, with full DX 11 support and expanded graphics this one will not disappoint.
Deus Ex 3 (PC PS3 Xbox)
This one has been kept well under wraps with nothing more than a few bits of concept art being released, however this title has never disappointed and is something of a cult now, definitely something to look forward to.
Rage (PC PS3 Xbox OSX)
Rage is the upcoming title from Id Software which also happens to be their first major release in over a decade, this is set in a post-apocalyptic world which is nothing new to our generation of gamers, it is however a blend between a solid FPS and a racing game, which is unique to say the least.
Halo Reach (PC PS3 Xbox)
Another one with the covers pulled over tightly, its announcement at E3 2009 was news to even the most avid fan and further information has been limited. Master Cheif is coming back to your screen however, get ready for more brash violence and multiplayer action.
BioShock 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
Following the original completely revolutionary game we are in for a treat with Bioshock 2, multiplayer is being added into the features list amongst other great elements.

With the success of Dragon Age: Origins BioWare co-founder Greg Zeschuk recently announced in an interview with joystiq that PS3 development was a key concern for future games released by the company.
Bioware seems to be going from strength to strength and a partnership with Sony for PS3 development would only benefit the gaming community as a whole, check out the comprehensive interview for more information.

The release of Eve Online’s latest free to subscribers publish “Dominion” goes live on the 1st of December next year, this update includes massive game play additions as well as a new sovereignty system which will overhaul the current “out dated” system which is strained by large corporations power conquests. The expansion website has an excellent new trailer as well as full feature list.
Eve Online is a very unique MMO and CCP approach game design in a very unique way, with a no obligations 14 day free trial and more content than you can shake a stick at you would be crazy not to jump in your pod and take to the skies in this fantastic space based adventure.

That’s right, five long years of World Of Warcraft and with the player base still expanding (50 million plus) it looks like there is plenty more to come.
Current TV aired an anniversary documentary marking the day which tried to unravel the social structure of this immense player base guild by guild.

In an interview with official PlayStation Magazine Kevin Shortt, a Ubisoft scriptwriter was asked if he was working on a Far Cry sequal, his response was not the usual “no comment” but instead very revealing:
Mr. Shortt answered, “No I’m not, But I know the team are and what I’ve seen looks pretty exciting.”
So there we have it, Far Cry 3 is in development and the action packed FPS will be gracing our screens once again. This one promises to be “pretty exciting”.

2K Games has released new content for Xbox and PlayStation users in the form of an update: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned
“Tasked with keeping the workers of Jakobs Cove alive, Dr. Ned (who is not related to Dr. Zed from Fyrestone) does his job a little too well, creating zombies and other abominations that now run rampant in this region,” says Gearbox.
“Players will have to work alongside Dr. Ned as they embark on a quest to cure the inhabitants of Jakobs Cove in this full-fledged expansion filled with new enemies, new quests and rare loot drops.”
No news yet on the PC release, hopefully PC users wont have to wait too long to get stuck in.

With the gaming community still drooling in anticipation of the new starwars MMO in full development by BioWare, Geoff Keighley of Spike TV has hinted via his twitter page that there is a new StarWars game being announced at the VGA’s on December 12th.
Could this be the anticipated BattleFront 3?
